David Jiménez Esser

Co-Founder and Director of Property Portfolio

With over two decades of experience in the Costa Blanca real estate sector, with a particular focus on the region's luxury villas, David plays a pivotal role at Avanoa as Director of Tourist Property Management. His primary responsibility is the sourcing and acquisition of exceptional properties for our portfolio of holiday homes.

David also leads on owner relations, characterised by his close approach and commitment to transparency in all our dealings.
